Registration Fees:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $200 ($100 for students) for all participants, payable via credit card at our secure payment site before May 5, 2014. This fee covers lodging and meals during the meeting at the double-occupancy rate.

Accompanying adult guests 16 years and over, pay a $25 registration fee.

Registration closes at 5PM CDT May 5, 2014.

Information on housing and meals for the 2014 Meeting at Skamania Lodge:

The Annual Meeting is from Monday, June 16 (starting with dinner) to Thursday, July 19 (including lunch):

Lodging (shared, double-occupancy) and meals during the meeting are included in the registration fee. Participants who choose single-occupancy rooms will be charged for the difference between the single- and double-occupancy rate, which is $307.50 for three nights.

Single-occupancy and Guest lodging are available at extra cost (see below) and are payable in full at check-in by the participant.

  • Single-occupancy accommodations are available for an additional $307.50 for the Standard Single rate over the Standard Double rate (for 3 nights).
  • Adult Guests sharing a room (double occupancy) will be charged the full-meeting package rate of approximately $614.46 for meals and lodging.
  • Children 0-3 years old may share the same room with parent(s) at no additional charge. For children 4 through 12 years of age there is charge of $61.39/day. Children 13 and older will be charged $102.32/person/day.

The rates quoted above include tax and service charge.
