2015 COMPRES Annual Meeting
Registration Fees:
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $150 ($75 for students) for all participants, payable via credit card at our secure payment site before May 15, 2015. This fee covers lodging and meals during the meeting at the double-occupancy rate.
Accompanying adult guests 17 years and over, pay a $25 registration fee.
Registration closes at 5PM CDT May 15, 2015.
Meeting Time:
The COMPRES Annual Meeting is from Monday, July 6 (starting with dinner) to Thursday, July 9 (including lunch).
Housing and meals for the 2015 Meeting at Cheyenne Mountain:
Lodging (shared, double-occupancy) and meals during the meeting are included in the registration fee. Participants who choose single-occupancy rooms will be charged for the difference between the single- and double-occupancy rate, which is $90.00 per night.
Single-occupancy and Guest lodging are available at extra cost (see below) and are payable in full at check-in by the participant.
- Single-occupancy accommodations are available for an additional $90.00/day for the Single rate over the Double-occupancy rate.
- Adult Guests sharing a room will be charged a meals rate of approximately $87.00/day for meals and the $90/day difference between single and double-occupancy lodging for a total of $531.00 for the 3 days of the meeting.
- Children 0-17 years old may share the same room with parent(s) at no additional charge. Meals pricing for Children.
The rates quoted above for guests and children are subject to tax and service charge.
The LMAPF Workshop is from Sunday evening, July 5th (starting with dinner) to Monday, July 6 (including lunch). Apply for the workshop by contacting Dan Shim ( shdshim@gmail.com )
